Note: We deliver every day except Sunday and bank holidays. We offer a one-time free exchange for UK customers. For returns, a postage charge of £5.99 must be paid by the customer. For overseas orders, the return or exchange costs must be borne by the customer.
Return:
We offer an Easy return or exchange for UK customers only. To initiate a return or exchange, please click the link below and proceed through our Exchange Page. Please note that the return parcel should be packed in a sealed bag, and the return label should be stuck on the package. Once it's ready, you can drop it at the post office near you.

You can visit our Shop in Westfield Stratford City or Westfield White City for an exchange only. You still need to notify us through email so we can arrange the correct size for you to avoid any disappointment.
We are happy to provide a full refund or exchange within 14 days of the 'original' purchase date, if the product is unworn and brought back to us with packaging and receipt in saleable condition.
Please Note:
Used means even if it’s worn for 10 minutes, whether at home or outdoors. We shall refuse any exchange or refund if we suspect that the product has been used or does not have proper packaging.
A new shoe may cause bruises if it's not bought in the right size or if you have delicate skin, so make sure you have bought the correct size, as we can't be held liable for that and we may refuse any exchange or refund in such an occurrence.
